How quickly can you start?

We typically start new projects within 7 days of sign-off. If your project is urgent, let us know and we’ll advise what’s realistically possible.

Do you work with businesses outside York?

Yes. While we’re based in York, we work with businesses across the UK using video calls and screen sharing to collaborate effectively.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. We’re happy to meet in person for projects in and around York where it makes sense to do so.

Who owns the website once it’s finished?

You do. Once the site is complete and paid for, it’s fully yours — no lock-ins, no ownership games.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes. Your site is built so you can easily update text, images, and content yourself. We’ll also show you how to use it properly.
