What happens after I get in touch?

Once you get in touch, we’ll review your message and respond within one working day. We’ll usually suggest a short call to understand what you’re looking to achieve and talk through the next steps. There’s no obligation — just a straightforward conversation to see how we can help.

Do you offer fixed pricing or estimates?

We offer clear pricing once we understand what you need. Most projects are priced as a fixed cost, based on the scope of work, so you know where you stand before anything begins. For smaller pieces of work or ongoing support, we’ll always be upfront about costs before starting.

How quickly can you start?

Start times depend on the type of project and our current workload, but most projects begin within 1–2 weeks. We’ll always be clear about timelines before anything is agreed. If you have a deadline in mind, let us know and we’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic.

Do you work with businesses outside York?

Yes. While we’re based in York, we work with clients across the UK.

We use video calls and screen sharing to keep projects clear, simple, and personal. For most projects, this works just as well as meeting in person.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. We’re happy to meet in person for projects in and around York where it makes sense to do so. We’ll usually suggest the best approach once we understand the project. If an in-person meeting would be helpful, we’ll arrange it.

What information do you need from me?

You don’t need a detailed brief to get started. A short description of what you’re looking to achieve, any examples you like, and an idea of budget or timescale is usually enough for an initial conversation. If you’re unsure on any of that, that’s fine — we’ll help you work it out.
